Tuck Coffee with Student Ambassador

by meprarth » Sat Aug 27, 2011 1:05 am
Hey Everyone,

I am really interested in applying to TUCK, and I got this email asking me to attend a "Coffee with Student Ambassador" event in Mumbai.

I was wondering how important such events are and is it worth it travelling all the way there to attend such an event.

Well, these things ARE important and they can help, even if sometimes in its an amorphous way. But it's an opportunity for people from the school to meet you face to face, to remember you, for you to start to get a REAL feeling for what the school is about beyond what is written in the Internet. Do you HAVE to go? No. But is it a good idea? Yep.
