what a relief

with all due respect...scored 730 ( q 49 v 40)

i started preparing 4 months ago with the princeton review..only to realize that that was not the best material available in the market :/

highest test score :720

MGMAT guides coupled with OG really proved helpful. i thought mgmat quant was way too tougher than GMAT..but its beauty lies in the fact that it tests the same concepts albeit at a higher applicability.

thanks...i started off in april with princeton review test scored a 550...but the test interface was really dismal...

after that i took my next test ( GMAT Prep1 -650) in july
then started with MGMATs
1-650-july
2-670-august I week
3-680-27.08.12
4-700-28.02.12
5-690-29.08.12

Gmat prep 2- 710
GMAT prep 1 retake-720---a day before the exam

all tests were taken under stressful conditions... by the time i used to sit down for the test..i had already been studying for 3-4 hrs :( and i attempted all the sections every time

Hey congrats,thats a great score!!
What kind of questions did u encounter during the exam, especially in quant.Which topics u feel one should stress more on in quant?
Do u think the level of difficulty was the same as that of gmatprep exam?

Thanks,
Shreeraj

Its really hard to focus on the "type" of questions in the midst of a test.. but in hindsight i can say that gmat prep is the only true approximation of what you may expect at the real test.. MGMAT quant is definitely much tougher.. but one thing that you'll realize is that it's not as much about difficulty as about maintaining presence of mind in a stressful situation.. and the best way to master that ,IMO, is to devote the final few days of your prep to simulated CATs
