GMAT dates not available

I had taken 21st Dec(Mumbai, India) for my GMAT retake. Since I wont be able to apply for FALL 2011, I am looking to reschedule my appointment to April / May / June. To my dismay, not a single date is available. Tomorrow is the last date for rescheduling else I will have to forfeit the entire fees. Is it so that the websites are not updated on weekends? Kindly suggest.

As far as my knowledge goes, these websites are not manually updated. It is fully automated. If and when a date is taken, cancelled or postponed, the date automatically gets updated.

What should be the strategy then? Take a date immediately in March if available?
