All the schools examine the application holistically, so they will look at all factors, including your existing education and any limitations that you've faced in your life. You'll definitely want to let them know about your situation, maybe through the optional essay, or possibly you'll be able to convey it through the main essays (e.g., Stern essay 3 could be a good vehicle to talk about your challenges). They'll want to know why you need another MBA from a U.S. school, but many bschools are open to receiving an application from you. The GMAT score will be important; you should strive to get close to the average at your target school, which, for the ones you've named, is over 710. However, the GMAT is not the only factor and the adcoms can be flexible on it, depending on the entirety of the package that you will present.

Those are very good schools and obviously it's competitive, coming from the oversubscribed Indian candidate pool. However, it sounds like you have already overcome a lot in your life, and the adcoms will be interested to hear your story.
