Does online companion work?

Hi I purchased GMAT premier program 2009 edition; and tried to login
using serial number on the book.
I got this message The key you have entered is invalid. Please enter a valid key or call customer service at 1-800-KAPTEST. :(
Please help me. I really want to use online material.
I have already sent a mail on customer care community,but havnt received any mail so plz plz help me?
