a - no object for PULLED FOR; not very sure what the opposition is all about
c-WHICH refers to what; its not clear what A POSSIBILITY refers to
d-use of THAT not appropriate; not very sure what the opposition is all about
e-what does THAT refer to;
b- IMO "allow for" is the right idiom here. Moreover WHICH refers to THE POSSIBILITY OF NEW JUDICIAL APPOINTMENTS making the OPPOSITION CLEAR (the final part of sentence intends to say "the opposition has pulled FOR THE POSSIBILITY OF NEW JUDICIAL APPOINTMENTS).
