GMAT official mocks 3-4 not working

In GMAT Prep official mock 3, I am not able to attempt the verbal or quant part. This has been happening since yesterday. I attempted IR AWA but when the test enters verbal is shows error ES001: The practice test is unavailable. try later
I am using the exam pack 3-4 of my friend after doing a reset.
Please suggest what to do

Hi Zaidf1997,

That sounds like an issue that is probably best handled by GMAC's Tech Support Team. Since your friend purchased the original Exam Pack, has he/she tried to use the login (and what happens then?)?
