The questions do not overlap. The adaptive tests are much better - you should you those. If you just want some extra practice questions, use the non-adaptive tests, but these do not mimic the real thing either in terms of adaptivity or in terms of the scoring algorithm - so it won't progress like the real test and the score you get won't be predictive of the real test.
