(1) The sides of Q have the same length implies Q can be either square or rhombus.
No definite answer; NOT sufficient.

(2) The diagonals of Q have the same length implies Q can either be a square or rectangle.
No definite answer; NOT sufficient.

Combining (1) and (2), we know that sides of Q are the same and its diagonals are of same length, which implies Q is a square; SUFFICIENT.

The correct answer is C.
