Exam in the morning

by GaStateMTAX » Fri Aug 07, 2009 11:19 am
Well my exam is in the morning and I just took a practice test. I have been scoring around 500 a month a half ago, so I took a practice exam hiatus, got a lesson or two from a Princeton guy and just worked problems a couple of hours a day, and finished the OG. My new score was a 450. I really, really hate this exam...

No matter how hard I have studied I have not improved on the CAT's. It's a good thing the school I am applying to thinks this exam is worthless, but rather see's it as a "formality". 4 years of relevant work with a great GPA trumps this idiot exam.

...I took a practice exam and got 590. Stay focused and look at these exams as opportunity to learn what is it that you are doing that is wrong. The whole point is to reduce the mistakes and eventually the score will improve...
