LOR, who should I address them to?

I'm applying to 6 different b-schools and I'm not sure quite exactly what the proper and correct way to have my professors address the Schools.

I'm pretty sure it shouldn't be titled "To whom this may concern:".

Any suggestions?

I know a lot of templates start a letter with
"To whom it may concern:", but I think "Dear Sir/Madam" sounds more personable.

At least any lor I write starts that way. TWIMC sounds too forthright.
