statement 1 -> qp2<tp2
if both are +ive numbers then q<t if
both are -ve numbers then q>t and we will have 2more cases as to if qp2 is +ve and tp2 -ve
and reversal. so Not sufficient

Statement 2 ->qp3>tp3 above exp applies here so Not sufficient

Both together The equality does not change by adding one unless the number is b/w -1 and 0

so the answer is E

But p^2 is always positive, which makes 1 sufficient. p^3 can be positive or negative so you don't know whether q or t is larger and 2 is insufficient.
