If(1/5)^M) X (1/4)^18 = 1/(2(10^35)) then M = ?
1/5^M * 1/2^(36)=1/(2*2^35*5^35))

1/5^M * 1/2^(36)*2^36*5^35=1

5^(35-M)=1

35-M=0

35=M

The exponent rules that you must know for this problem:

-1.(x/y)^(p)=x^p/y^p

-2.(4)^(18)=(2^2)^(18)=2^36. Remember that (x^y)^p=x^(y*p)

-3.(xy)^(p)=x^p*y^p.
