The most important aspect here is the size of the school. All schools will provide some curriculum and networking opportunities in the Middle East. The size of the alumni population will ensure by percentage that you have enough contacts in your target area. Think about larger schools like Kellogg and HBS that have the size and resources to help you connect with your exact needs.

Best,

Is it possible to get some email groups of their grads (Kellog, Harvard)
I want to start getting in touch with them.

Yes! And this is a great example of how you can improve your application by going the extra mile. The best way to find people is to talk to people at the school and get them to introduce you to alumni. In addition to making valuable connections, you'll also be able to talk about it in your essays, which will demonstrate conclusively that you are interested in that school.
