anyways.. my answer is A.

"the number of " so we should use singular.

Here you need "Convince That", when you compare customer preferring human teller and travelers prefering agents.

B,C,D has "Convince" which is not good comparing to "Convince that" so they can be eliminated.

A goes because "Convince that" needs a "would still use" rather than "will still use". As it is in subjunctive form you can't use "will" which states it firm.

My answer is "E". Let me know if this is correct.

E is incorrect '..The people...............Are'

The phrase starting with THE should take singular form(is).

IMO A
