Ritika,

E changes the meaning - when you state that include then that means the 60,000 items includes only toys and electronics. When it is A, it means that 60,000 gift items include toys and electronics as a part of the whole.

Anup,
what you mentioned for A is correct but for E that is not the meaning. ",that includes" means toys and electronics are part of item not the item itself. Also E is wrong because "that" never comes after comma unless that comma is part of a non-essential modifier.

Walmart Stores is name of the store see "capital or CAPS" "S". If intended meaning was different stores, then sentence would use "stores" - small "s".
