I see very little difference. Neither one is in a danger zone and the totals are strong. In the end, the school will see all scores you have gotten in the last five years. I would report the 700 for starters unless you are targeting a very quantitative career. I seriously doubt that one set would get you admitted and the other get you rejected. The quality of your essays, recommendations and work experience will far outweigh 10 GMAT points.
