Since February, the Federal Reserve has raised its short-term interest rate target five times, and because of the economy’s continued strength, analysts have been predicting for weeks that the target will be raised again in November.

IMO A OA D , according to my me becuase is preferred to due to.Please correct me

Predictions cant go with "will" as in A, its better to use "would" than will as in D

Am I missing something, I cant see the would in the D option because of that went with A.

The predictions can go with will but if would is present then would is the preferred one.

One more thing,Because is preferred over due to but in certain cases when the author wants to convey the " Caused by " effect due to is used. In this case the increase will be caused by Economy continued strength so due is preferred.
