Hi,
I have my GMAT scheduled coming friday(24th!!!).My Quant scores are around 46 to 50.But my biggest weakness is Verbals.I am scoring around 30.I have tried all tips and strategies available for self study, but for some reason my CR and RC accuracy is not going up.Mainly because I am unable to understand questions on Law and Political-Sociology topics.

I am sure I am gonna score around 620-640 range in the actual test. I am planning to retake after 1 month and want to enroll for a GMAT Prep course.
Do any of the Prep Companies provide verbal only courses-classroom / online?

For reading comp... I try to pretend like I care about the passage. I notice when the passage is uninteresting, i tend to skim. GET INTERESTED IN IT. "{some scientist} proposed a theory on the Ice Age... wow, thats amazing! I wonder if there are other theories that oppose this...I gotta find out!"

Its stupid but it works for me when reading stupid passages.

BTW: nice target score (6!)... I am such a nerd.. but I don't have the GMAT score to back it up :(
