I just took the GMAT today and got a 710.
Quantitative 51 99 percentile
Verbal 34 70 percentile
I sucked at Verbal. I rushed a little at the end. Actually the verbal questions were not that hard (probably because i did not do well
) If I got two or more verbal questions right, it would raise my score significantly. Anyway, the score was not as good as I hoped. I could have done better. Sigh.......
My advice is good time management is very important. I got a little nervous over CR cause i know i am not good with verbal and actually wasted a little time. When i finally concentrated, i found that the questions were not as scary as i thought. So i you could, time youself at practice.
Another piece of advice is 'practise, practise, and practise!' The last week before the test, i barely studied. That wasn't good at all! So if you could, take advantage of any time before the test.
Good Luck to everyone!
