Hello Everyone,
I'm a bit confused about where to apply for my graduate studies. I just completed (May 2010) a science degree with a major in Employment Relations (HR) and was lucky enough to find an entry level job within the HR field.
However, the career I want to gear towards is organizational change, development & management (Along those lines). My ideal job would be in consulting in the future. I want to go back to university for a Masters degree but not to do an MBA, as I do not feel I'm ready for it yet with only 1 year of experience (By the time I apply) and I feel it is too general as I want something more specific to the HR field as of now. But I have looked at a few MBA programs that have an option to specialize with in the HR field. I'm not sure if the MBA with the specialization option cater to my need for masters in a HR degree?
I'm not sure which way to go. I'm willing to travel anywhere in the world for my graduate program as I reside in Canada for now. If you have some advise on which universities are good for HR, please let me know as well.
Please advise!
Regards.
