Depends on how strong you are on the content to begin with
Take a practice test, and get a baseline score, that should tell you where you are, and how far you are from your target.
If you're already at 580+ and all you need is a 600, then sure the OG and two GMATPrep tests will probably be enough.
If on the other hand you need to practice your content, then you'll probably need to get some other books, or take a class or something.
Is Only Studying from Official Guides enough ?

It really does depend on your starting point. If you would get a 590 if you took the test now, then yes, it should be plenty. If you would get a 450, you might need more.
