Hi,

After 10.5 Years in IT Sector with extensive knowledge in Retail Sector please suggest some good Management courses which can help me move to Retail Consulting/Management Consulting.

India or abroad both are fine. Looking for Programs with good Placement Prospects.

RD,

Some of this may not be what you wanted to hear.

- The value of a full time MBA goes down dramatically after a certain age/experience range. Read here. So you should choose programs where you will not be a big outlier. You may want to evaluate the 3 IIM one year programs.

- The career change you are seeking may not be a straightforward one. Consulting firms tend to prefer younger candidates too. Read here to see what may be more feasible.

- Finally, if you are keen to explore options outside, check out IMD/Judge and Sloan Fellows programs.
