Pls advise

7 yrs as a flight crew in the national carrier.
Multiple pilot licences in different countires.Crew for the highest dignitaries in country.
GMAT :720 Q 49 V 38
Indian,Male

3 yr Bachelors Degree



Adjudged Runner-Up in Mr. Fresher competition
Successfully organized a city level fair after High School

Member of the Cultural Festival Team and organizer of the annual department fest
Member: Student Parliament in the Commerce Department
Founding member of the Finance Club
Successfully managed a campaign for the post of the President (student body)
Mentored students for Commercial Pilot Licence
Funding the education of few children



Short term goal :I plan to do strategy consulting with focus on transport and technology sectors.
Pls advise me the schools based on my profile.


Do I have any chance to do MBA from top-10(M 7)?

Also pls advise what schools should I be targeting.
What can I do to improve my opportunities?

Hi,

Your GMAT score is decent and you come from a very diverse domain. This diversity will fetch lot of brownie points provided you are able to come up with a coherent story linkinig your past experience with the post MBA goals and defending the selection of a particular school.

Tech consulting may be a possibility but dont know how can you connect that with your past experience. Transport goes well with your past profile but dont know many companies which recruit for related roles.

So, you have to may be look at operations or GM or Consulting but have to be domain agnostic.

From which Indian undergraduate institution did you graduate? This bears on the competitiveness of your profile. M7 might be difficult but you could be competitive for the Top 8-15.
