Which Manhattan GMAT books to buy?

by yousufa » Wed Jan 16, 2013 12:33 pm
Hey guys,

Finally buying the books to start studying now. When I was shopping on Amazon, I found this complete guide for $140.

https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/1935707 ... YIK6Y9EEQB

The ones I was going to buy were Sentence correction, Word translations, geometry and number properties. All seperately and it came out to $76.

Do you guys think the extra money is worth it to get the whole package?

Thanks.

Hey Yousufa,

What books someone needs totally depends on where they're at in their studying, where they need to be, and what their preexisting strengths and weaknesses are. In other words, if you've taken a practice test, and you know you only need work in certain areas, then by all means only get those books. However, if you're making this decision based on what you think your strengths and weaknesses are, I would encourage you to take a practice test (either on our website or somewhere else) and see where you're at. Then you can make an informed decision about which books to get.

Hope that helps!
