A is the correct answer.

Native to : Used for plants or animals.

Native for: Used for people.

Thanks. Can an expert clarify this please? Its tested quite often on GMAT. I did not find any previous posts that explain the difference.

hi all
i saw the folowing in MG sentence correction ( forth edition) page 160
native to -said of animals, plants
the kangaroo is native to Australia

native of - is said about people
my friend is native of Australia
hope it helps
