How to save MGMAT CAT questions ?

Can we save the MGMAT CAT questions on our computer while we take the CAT ONLINE ? Similarly, can we save other CAT questions from other GMAT PREP companies on our computer when we take other CAT ONLINE ?

Please tell me the method to save those questions on our computer , if there is one .

I normally take screenshots of the GMATPrep questions during post-test analysis and save them in my computer for later glance or for more analysis.

For MGMAT, you could anytime login and review all test questions. You don't need to save them in your computer.
