Hi, I have been receiving the 60-days-guide daily email ok till 26th (Day 21), but I have not received anything these days. I've checked my spam filter and folder but can't see anything there. Could anyone help please?

Can you please be sure to add the study guide e-mail, [email protected], to your e-mail contact list?

Also, just to be clear, you are missing 22, 23, and 24?

Hi Eric, yes I have added the email to my contact list, and in fact the emails have been arriving OK for the past 21 days. But I have not received anything for 3 days(Day 22,23 and 24, and today should be the the Day 25, which didn't arrive neither).

I was also wondering if it is possible to get all these missing emails re-sent together and put the plan back in its original time schedule (i.e. will still get Day 26 from tomorrow the 31st Jan), as otherwise the whole plan would be delayed. Many thanks for your help in advance.

We can re-set your day, but I'm concerned that there is an issue with sending to your e-mail address. Can you PM me another alternate e-mail address to send these messages?

Thanks for sending me that PM. I've gone ahead and updated your e-mail and re-set your study guide, so tomorrow you should expect to get Day 22.

Really sorry about this inconvenience! And appreciate your patience!
