I've browsed the topics in the forums on this site for a little while and I have not happened upon anything that directly addresses my question. I see a lot of the handicapping articles discussing military officers' chances at getting into B-School, but nothing pertaining to the enlisted man. I will have served nine years enlisted in the Navy Nuclear Program (Submarines) and am finding myself worrying about the applicability of my work experience. So....if there is an expert on this forum with some insight into this particular situation, I'd greatly appreciate hearing what you have to say.
In general Military candidates do well. Even as an enlisted man you still a) served your country b) had many opportunities to act in your field c) probably have more interesting fellas than blokes that have spent their lives behind desks d) have add good opportunities to be a team player and leader (and if you don't need teammanship in a submarine, I don;t know WHERE you do!).
so all in all, you are starting off on the right foot.
