There are 6! words possible with the letter M O T H E R
Of which 120 are starting with E
and 120 are startung with H
Now thr are 24 starting with ME
24 with MH

Thr are 6 starting with MOE
6 starting with MOH
6 starting with MOR

there are 2 starting with MOTE
next word is MOTHER

so it is 240+48+18+2+1 = 309th word
