Q. The three-pointed-star on the Mercedes bonnet can now be in your garage for a much
lesser price than you ever imagined.

A. lesser price than you ever imagined
B. lower price than you ever imagined
C. lesser price than you had ever imagined
D. lower price than one would have ever imagined
E. lesser price than you could ever have imagined

I am not able to eliminate options.

Much lesser is wrong, so you can eliminate A,C, and E. You can say much less, or much lower but not much lesser. In this case, much less would not have been correct because we're talking about the price of a car, so we use much lower or much higher for the price.

B is correct because it uses "you", which is consistent with "your" in the nonunderlined portion of the sentence.

Lesser vs Lower.....
price is countable , even if it doesn't look ( mug it )
Hence ACE are wrong

D is using "one" but here "you" is preferred because non underlinr portion has "your garage"

B wins
