Set S consists of N elements. If N>2, what is the standard deviation of S?
(1) The mean and median of the set are equal
(2) The difference between any two elements of the set is equal

With 1
The set can be [2 4 6] or [4 4 4] both have same mean and median but SD is different so insuff.

With 2

All elements are same. SD is about how much the values are spread out from mean. So its 0.

IMO B.
