One thing with B, you are not supposed to use "like" when you are giving examples, instead use "such as."

Examples:

Incorrect: "I am found of many kinds of fruits like bananas and apples.

Correct: "I am found of many kinds of fruits such as bananas and apples.

Like is used to compare characteristics. Example: "He roars like a lion."

Hope it helps!

Last Option (E) should be written as

"in that they are composed of tissues such as tooth and bone, tissues".

E is the correct answer.

In the answer choice D, tissues such as tooth and bone is a dangling modifier and does not modify anything.

If one wants to avoid using the resumptive modifier, which is used to express the descriptive details for a key word in the previous clause, in the answer choice E, one can rewrite it as
in that they are composed of tissues, such as tooth and bone, that are

In other words, the question is testing to find a way to link not normally found in the organ in which the tumor appears to tissues.

IMO A.

B: like can not be used for listing examples.
C: like can not be used for listing examples, or, assume it is a comparison, tissues should be followed by a verb "be", otherwise it'll be a fragment.
D: in that is wordy; because is better.
E: in that is wordy, and the idiom "such...as..." is not correctly expressed.
