with and ing modifer are both adverbal after comma,

what is the basic difference

i got 22 in verbal, with rejects from all school---------i got 22 in verbal and simultaneously rejection from all school
(it may be because of my poor work ex or poor GPA)
i got 22 in verbal, resulting in rejection from all school---my verbal score resulted in rejection
i think u should use ing when action one of 2nd clause is dependent on 1st clause.

expert plz expalin

i got 22 in verbal, with rejects from all school---------This is wrong because in this sentence simultaneous actions can't take place
i got 22 in verbal, resulting in rejection from all school---this is correct but it should be schools rather than school

Bec at one time u are getting score and at the same time u are getting rejections.........it's always better to have a construction I.e x results in y

Moreover, I am not sure but I feel usage of comma + with is also wrong

The "with" phrases set off by a comma are a kind of absolute phrase. The GMAT seems to prefer that information to be tied more strongly to the logic of the sentence: I went home after I completed my shopping trip is generally better than With my shopping trip completed, I went home.
