Can someone please answer this quickly?I am going crazy.

Here is the sentence:The scheme which will be launched during the next two years require an additional investment of one hundred crore.

Hi vipinsharma,

It's not clear exactly what you're asking about, but if you want to know about the subject-verb agreement in this sentence, it should be...

The scheme....requires...

Don't go crazy! :D

The scheme which will be launched during the next two years requires an additional investment of one hundred crore.

We need "requires" because it refers to the scheme. Another way to write it is, "The scheme requires an additional investment."

"During" does not affect whether we need "require" or "requires" - it is a separate clause, which could be set apart with commas, as follows:

The scheme, which will be launched during the next two years, requires an additional investment of one hundred crore.
