Hi abhasjha,

This SC is based on 2 standard GMAT grammar rules:

1) Comparisons: When a sentence describes a comparison, you must be sure to compare LIKE things. Here, the first part of the sentence states "supplies are growing FISH twice as fast as....", so the second part of the sentence must include a reference to fish AND how they grow. Eliminate A and B. We can also eliminate C because "growing them naturally" makes no sense in this context.

2) Verbs: Since the suppliers are growing fish now and will likely grow fish tomorrow, we need an "-ing verb" to convey this action. Eliminate E.

Final Answer: D
