7. In the expression above, a, b, and c are different numbers and each is one of the numbers 2, 3, or 5. What is the least possible value of the expression?
(A) 1/30
(B) 2/15
(C) 1/6
(D) 3/10
(E) 5/6

I'll try to explain in detail , hope it makes sense

Least possible value => Lowest possible numerator/Highest possible Denominator

a/b
----
c

can be written as

a
-----
bc

now a,b,c can be from 2,3 and 5 only

all possible values of bc can be (2*3), (2*5) or (3*5)

Highest bc = 3*5 = 15

Therefore answer is 2/15

Hope this helps.
