Is my work profile worth to get into good B-schools

12th-69.3%
B.tech(ece)- 69.3%

Work ex-
As Telecom Technical Asst in BSNL for past 3 yrs. Working on optical transmission Systems. Good tech Knowledge .

Curricular-
active participant in acting, painting, quizzing in college tym

Gmat: yet to b taken.

(Hopefully by sep 2012.)

Plz suggest me to make my profile better and wat score shud i have in GMAT . Can I get into ISB? As I am Non-Executive in company.

In absence of a GMAT score and with the little information you have provided it will be difficult to comment on the candidature.

Mention the GMAT score you are expecting and also provide more details about your education, work ex, achievements & extra curriculars.
