would go for B

legacy is a noun so we need realization. C, D and E are out

A. subject verb agreement error. uses their with a person

B. corrects the SV error and uses realization

How do you know if legacy is a noun?
What is wrong with realize.. I mean why are we using realization?

I dont know this concept..
