I understand that we have a wrong comparison.
The correct sentence is
Sentence reads - The rapid development of India in the 2oth centruy is like that of England in the 18th Century.
My question - when do I use "like development of" instead of writing "Like That of". When do I use the actual noun itself instead of "That"
I am really confused.
