Hello,

I am planning to take the GMAT in November. I got the VERITAS test prep materials from someone who highly recommended it. However, I am kind of doubtful since it's from 2003. What do you guys think? Is this sufficient or do I really need the most up-to-date material? I'm shooting for 700. Lemme know. Thank you

I am glad to here that your friend recommended Veritas.

Materials from 2003? Wow. That is a bit on the older side. We have significantly improved the materials since then.

I, for one, would get something a bit newer since you will likely be investing a lot of time in the studying.

Also the newer Veritas books come with CAT tests (for a limited time I am told). Here is the link for that. https://www.beatthegmat.com/mba/store-it ... ritas-prep

One option is to take an Official GMATPrep practice test to see where you stand and buy newer books for your weaker areas.
