I faced this situation. I am not a morning person so whenever I took a test earlier, I got up early and started taking the test by 8 or 9 AM. Halfway through the test I felt like taking a nap, was not able to concentrate. Then I switched the time to 11 AM. I wake up the usual time and I find it comfortable. So the best way is to find the right time when you can concentrate well for 4 hours and take the test at that time, also ensure that you have slept properly the previous day. If you plan to take the test in the evening, then try it after taking a nap in the noon. You will feel refreshed. Eat moderately before the test if you are taking it in the morning. High carb diet will definitely pull you to sleep. Hope this helps !!
Getting defeated is just a temporary notion, giving it up is what makes it permanent.
