This senetnce requieres the present perfect tense since it starts with "since", hence A,B or C.. A and C are wordy, I go with B.

Why C is wrong?

I just guessed B here, but very hard to get rid of C

IMO B. The reason being it is short and precise and conveys a proper idea.

The problem , I feel with C is "amost multiplied" which gives a meaning that is it not multiplied but almost multiplied.
