Look at programs that have strong entrepreneurship programs. Learning how to get things off the ground is a different kind of business than stepping into an established company.

Well, there are some schools that are famous for entrepreneurship (Stanford, Haas, Babson, Columbia, INSEAD), although to be honest, almost all MBA programs integrate entrepreneurship into their curriculum in some measure.

Given your industry it would also make sense to look into schools with strong tech programs/networks as you could likely get the most out of them (sooo same as above plus McCombs, Tepper, Sloan, Anderson, to start with)
