Schools exist to benefit students, thus both students and teachers share the same goal, which is the advancement of students.

Union and corporations do not share the same goal. Corporations exist to make profit, and having to pay workers cut into that profit. Unions exist to advance workers' rights, because they have no other reason to exist. So how can the two roles be parallel?

ya now it seems option A is more comparable with the labour union than students
