I am not sure why did u get this doubt??

If Zero is multiple of any number then that number will also result Zero.

So, Zero can't be multiple of any Number.

Zero is considered a multiple of all number and a factor of none.

so is zero a multiple of 5? yes it is 5x0 = 0

is zero a factor of 5? no it is not.
