Product of Slopes of perpedicular lines = -1

y = 5x+2 represents y = mx+c

m is slope = > m1 = 5

line perpendicular to y = 5x+2 has slope m2 = -1/5

m1*m2 = 5 * -1/5 = -1

perpendicular line would be y = -1/5(x)+2
