25 days for GMAT

I have only 25 days for my GMAT. Unfortunately I haven't got more time away from work. I have gone through the Quant section once and the Verbal section once. Although not in too much detail. I have a decent hold on the concepts however I feel I need more practice in both.

1) How do I structure my studying?
2) When would be the ideal time to give a mock GMAT which won't demotivate me?
3) Do I stand a fair chance?

Take a practice test as soon as possible (today).

The GMAT is a test of your math and verbal skills AND it's a test of your test-taking skills. So, in addition to working on content, you need to work on your endurance and your time management skills.

Also, a practice test will help identify weak areas so you can strengthen them.

Avoiding practice tests (for fear of being demotivated) is a recipe for a low score on test day (which is more demotivating that a low practice test score)
