. Is the positive integer n equal to the square of an integer?
(1) For every prime number p, if p is a divisor of n, then so is p2.
(2) is an integer.

OA is B

You missed smth in stmt 2, but let's see why stmt 1 is insufficient:
Take 8. It has only one prime factor, p = 2. p^2 = 4 and is also a divisor of 8. However, 8 is not a perfect square. This can be extended to all cubes of prime numbers, so you basically have an infinity of counter-examples.
