Hey guys
My name is Sai, from NJ. like all of you I am also attempting the gmat in about 2 months. I have been a silent spectator all this time but want to participate actively from now onwards.
I have just finished the refresher module of my 3 module section for the GMAT.
1st Module- Refreshing concepts and basics
2nd Module- Working out the OG 12 and Manhattan GMAT 8 book set along with some concepts from barrons for verbal. (full length tests on weekends)
3rd module- Advanced level of practice and full length tests every 4 days.
I have decided to stick to the following books (please suggest any improvements to be made)
OG 12
Man. Gmat 8 book set
Kaplan Advanced
CR Bible
I really hope I am on the right track. I had previously scored a 490/ 5.0 in Jan 2010. Lack of focus, less practice did me in.
I am planning to take the test in the mid week of August depending on my progress (which I should be knowing by the 3rd week of July).
Currently I dedicate 2 hrs on a weekday and about 4 hrs on weekends, which I am going to Extend from this week onwards to 3 hrs on a weekday and 6-8 hrs on weekends.
Is there any other method that I can follow in order to ramp up my pace and accuracy during the 2 months I have?
